ebay creates an awesome opportunity for anyone who want to to make a lot of money with tier auction services. Initially you should be able to make some good money as you sell off stuff you have around the house but if you really want to make tons of money then you’ll need to know more about the feedback feature they have.
The feedback feature consists of three components:
feedback score. this number is calculated by subtracting from the number of good experiences people have had with them, the number of bad experiences. There is a symbol that indicates the users rating visually. The number is usually put right next to the members ebay id. While this is important its not the whole picture. The feedback percentage is also very important.
The feedback percentage is a way for people to see how much of the time you receive positive feedback as opposed to negative. They calculate it by dividing your total feedbacks (good and bad) by just your good so you get an accurate assesment of the percentage of time you get positive feedback
The feedback report is the document that gets into all the little nitty gritty details of each and every feedback you’ve recieved: comments, what was being sold, how quickly you were able to make the transaction happen, who you were doing business with etc. Its always good to do your research before buying from someone and this is the place to do it so you can find possible hang ups. This will also give you a good idea of what you want on your own feedback reports.
The best way to keep your feedback score high is to be FAST. Pay as fast as possible, ship as fast as possible, respond as fast as possible. And of course always be cordial and friendly. If you can do these things you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.
Once you get high enough positive feedback rating (10 or more usually) the sky is the limit for how much you can sell on ebay. Ive known one friend of mine to bring in about $35,000 per month just from selling one line of products. So get to work. You can do it!
